Do for love - Extension notes and transposition lesson.

Two songs for the price of one! ๐Ÿ˜€

An all time favourite of mine. In both versions I might add.

I fell in love with this song as a teenager when I first heard it in 2pac's hip-hop version. What a beat. What a groove. What a sweet, sweet Rhodes.

The Bobby Caldwell version, another absolute classic, currently has a steady place in my very own cover-repertoire.

In this lesson I'll show you both versions.

Two different keys, which, with all those 7's, 9's, +5's etc. makes a really good exercise for you transposition skills. A valuable lesson.

Higher 'music-math' to enrich your knowledge of chords, structures and harmony's.

Add in the fact that they both have different feels, and there you have it: a very valuable lesson.

Have fun!
