CoutCam - Jamie Cullum's All At Sea Vamp

For this week's CoutCam video - a Vamp taken from Jamie Cullum's "All At Sea"

A very soothing, highly "loopable" vamp taken from Jamie's Twentysomething album (my favorite).

The right hand plays a back-and-forth sixteenth-beats pattern between a "b-flat" & "e-flat" (quarter) and an "a-flat."

The left hand changes chords (which makes the function of that upper structure vamp change) from Eb(add9), to Db(add9add#11) - playing an upbeat fifth (b-flat for the Eb, a-flat for the Db - played a sixteenth before the 1) to roots in octaves on the 1, then playing a melodic phrase "f," "g," "f," "e-flat" on both chords, syncopated feel (4th sixteenth-, 7th sixteenth-, 10th sixteenth-, 13th sixteenth-beat).

Vamp (and entire tune) is played in pretty strong shuffle feel.

Question to ponder: How could we additionally call the "e-flat" on the Db chord? (I was in doubt naming it this)
